missingWrote a review on Dec 14plumbing issues
The plumbing in the bathroom left much to be desired, with a leaky sink and inconsistent tap power. The room itself came with rough-textured towels that weren't great for sunburns, and the shower pressure fluctuated frequently. hot water was a rarity. Many of the dining options felt lackluster—a limited selection available on certain days added to the disappointment. Additionally, the bar service didn’t meet expectations, especially with poorly mixed drinks and an undersized beach seating area.

beautiful beach area but needs better dining options
The beach area is stunning, perfect for families with small children. The ocean view room provided a great panorama, enhancing our stay.
Food choices could be improved, as the options felt limited at times.

beach area, historic architecture, lush gardens
The air conditioning needs a check-up!!! The WiFi connection was more of a wish than a reality, contributing little to a pleasant stay!!! Also, a serious upgrade of room furnishings could really make a difference!!!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
My family enjoyed our time at this resort. The Deluxe Garden/Pool View Room offered a pleasant escape. Loved the decadent jerk chicken from the beach grill! Be aware, the surrounding noise can be distracting, and daily stair treks were a challenge for my knees. A little more attention to guest comfort could elevate the experience.

The vibrant decor and lush gardens made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Having accessible pathways throughout the resort was a thoughtful touch, making it easy for everyone, including seniors like myself, to navigate the property comfortably.
More elevators for easier room access would help.
